In the aftermath of 9/11, all American citizens over the age of 21 were issued a passcode for access to the DHS databases to report such wackos that may deemed a threat to our fellow citizens, whether domestic or abroad. This has been a great tool so far, but not perfect. I shudder to think of how many wackos would have succeeded in shooting up more schools, theatres, and churches if this system had not been in place.
Thankfully, many have been apprehended BEFORE they went all Nucking Futs!
