I believe the Canadian marketplace requires its own Standards of Practice. The variance between a home inspected on Vancouver Island and one in Brandon Manitoba is relative to building practices related to each locations climate variation. As in the case of a California inspection compared to an Alaskan inspection, the inspector will temper there inspection based primarily of concerns prevalent in that particular area. CSA guidelines will give us the best guide I think?:slight_smile:
