Revised NPMA 33

Their form is accepted in ONLY ONE STATE, MARYLAND. It does not matter that their form is “Similar “ to the OLD NPMA33 form. States that require the NPMA-33 form will not accept a “Similar” form.

Some states, including mine, do not require home inspectors to be licensed to perform termite inspections. A termite license is only required for those professionals handling and applying pesticides. When in doubt, call your state and ask specific questions. Don’t assume. Also the NPMA-33 is NOT a government form;its an industry form. If its on the Internet its free. Don’t tell an inspector that is not licensed that they cant use that form, talk to the person that uploaded it. Once its on the Internet is now public domain. Like it or not.

I hear what you’re saying Doug, but this statement is on the bottom of the form on page one & two.
