The type of Freon has no play in the size of the unit the size(tonnage) is always determined by the model # not the serial # The furnace Serial # tells no one the size of anything. Some MFG will put the Tonnage of a A-coil on the exterior of the coil box and it should match with the exterior condensing unit size. Forget the furnace serial # it tells you Squat other than where the unit was mfg and the date of MFg
