I have been getting calls on performing roof certifications is this new or is this some kind of insurance thing?

Is there some kind of certificate to pass out when done?

How much would one charge for something like this?

Please help
Thanks

Gary the only ones in my area doing this are roofing Contractors. They will give a 2 year warranty on the roof if it is in good condition and if is not they give an estimate of repair to be done before it can be certified.

Rolland is right on the money. Roofers certify that a roof will last for two more years and guarantee it. In the past I have seen FHA and several insurance companies wanting roof certs.

Thanks, maybe I will just pass these up, or find me a good roofing contractor and refer them.

Thanks a lot
