This is from an inspection last week, and the Realtor said that repairs were made and there was a two year roof certification by the roofer.
Repairs were made on the front sides facing the street, but this side was facing the neighboring house and could not be seen from the ground.
The roofer said he wanted to meet with me on the property to discuss his repairs and my report. I refused and told him I wasn’t going to waste my time and gas when all he had to do was make the proper repairs.
How do you even reply to that.
