Rusted Rebar Crack

Here is Today’s photo of a rusted rebar expansion crack and my rebar locator. Typically the rebar rests on the form ties, but in this case instead of cutting the rebar at the window frame they just went over top.

Typically the rebar rests on the form ties,

And tied so it doesn’t move while pouring. This one moved against the form and stayed close enough to rust.
