2 years back (or so) I arrived early as I typically do, and got started on the exterior. It was a small beach house on a slab, not really much to it. The roof was a bit spongy with a bit of sagging, a one story, low pitch, easy to walk.
When I got in I went to the attic to discover two areas where there were no sheeting, only tar paper and shingles. By luck I didn’t step there. If I had, woosh, right through the roof I’d have gone.
