I can see the photo just fine. Maybe those other jokers are just too far away.

I have yet to see an electrical device corroded this badly. I am certain you impressed upon your client just exactly how dangerous this is.

Charles; I have never seen something this bad regarding an electrical meter.
You would think that the meter reader would have brought this up to his company foreman considering the shape and hazard it created!

I guess all he looked at was the meter tampering seal to make sure it is still intact. Oh, we can't forget he is putting his time in to get his paycheck.
