Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions they may have.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and licensing requirements to maintain high standards of service.
Requirements:
Valid Home Inspector License in Ohio. A license in Kentucky is a plus.
Strong knowledge of residential construction and inspection procedures.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
