The purpose of the law was to ensure that the tanks are not leaking into the ground. which could contaminate our water table. Most of our tanks down here are old.
No THAT makes sense to me.
So now that I am thinking about it, What are the licensing requirements for Septic inspections, I have always farmed them out as there are only a few sections of my area that use them.
I did take the InterNACHI course!
My understanding is you have to be a licensed septic company or master plumber to conduct one. There was a law passed to this effect around 2003. Unless this law has changed or been repealed, we cannot do them
