What I’ve seen is guys include it with their regular inspection template. If you were to make a totally separate template I can’t see it being very big. Should take less than 5 minutes to make. Write out what you’d want in it and give our office a call.
Honestly, I could make it, wanted to see some of the category titles one might use.
