My question exactly, what type of vent?
Is their a Min length for plumbing vents?... I know that they have to extend higher then the top of the fixture they are connected to by I think it was 6"
Don't all vents that extend out the roof (plumbing, furnace, HWH, fire place, etc. have to be 2' higher than any wall that is within 10' of the vent...

At the risk of sounding like a you know what, the question is referring to a vent.
And the answer is 10 feet. Why you may ask? Only I cannot tell you...
Because I do not know. ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)

Why are we venting anyway?

That sure was a vague QOD, wasn't it?
