Aside from the overlong bolts, that’s an example of really good work! Check out the hardware attaching the posts to the joist instead of the fascia.
Remember… horizontal deck framing members (like joists ) should bear directly on posts, not depend on the shear strength of fasteners like bolt for support. This is an example of how it should be done.
