Learnings:
One needs to identify the escape path prior to engaging the panel and making sure the client is at a safe distance should there be danger.
The floor surface condition should not be wet where the panel is situated and should the panel appear wet or rusty the inspector should refrain from touching it and have the box examined by a qualified electrician. Also, personal protective equipment may be used to protect against burns and electric shock.
Althought this main bedroom is spacious and the glass double door is an added feature, I believe that the idea of a sliding door versus double open door may be more cosmetically pleasing also having a slidding safety gate would be a plus and enhance the safety aspect to this house.
The basic home tools shown are all very practical. I do believe most are inexpensive. As a possible repair it yourself most small defects, repairs will be easily sorted. In more severe cases a specialist can be contacted. Always keep safety in mind.
