I can tell you Mike that until you know it from the inside you cant say to much. There is faults with the reinspections, especially one with payment and changing forms. With that being said I would argue more about them trying to give credits that were not there than the other way around.
I guess we will both have our own opinions. You are correct that my experience is from what I see happening to clients not from inside the insurance companies personally.
