Hey, I covered my ass!!
So many things!
First, yeah, I’ll get over myself and move the hose and take many pictures from many different angles. Pictures are free.
2. There’s some weird stuff out there in the world of plumbing and some of it is right out in the open.
C. I need to activate my full membership in the morning so that I can give back to a collaborative community that was IMMEDIATELY there for me when I needed them.

Could be a loop for a water conditioner. (Sorry if that was already mentioned…)

My guess is that there was a water conditioning and/or a filter system installed at the top of the loop, but has since been removed. I see them installed at the exterior occasionally here in Phoenix.
