Sump Pump Backup

First time I have encountered this.

A float activated Hunter HPV valve coupled with an eductor as a backup to the sump pump.

Joe could you educate me on this one.?? Never seen this type before, and what are they?

My buildings do not have sump pumps. ha ha.

I have a water powered one too as a back up works great quiet and Home Depo sells them for about $80:00 Canadian ( thats about $65:00 ) in real money.
If A person is on town water great way to go and little maintance . Thanks Joe for the picture …

Roy & Marcel,

I have never encountered this type of configuration.

Water is municipal supply. Seems to work quite well when tested…

I was unable to Google any information with regard to this type install or application.

Thanks Joe;

If I ever need one in my basement that is bone dry, I will find something.

Marcel :slight_smile: :wink:

Enjoy
