Here is from earlier in the week. This was for their post light. they would plug it in every night! Of course, the exterior outlet was not a GFCI. The owner was incredulous that I wrote it up. (though he did coil it up nicely)

On any commercial construction site, that cord would be removed by the safety officer. Cracked coating (adjacent to the plug in this photo) immediately disqualifies it from further use.

This home had a similar deteriorated cord at the rear of the house the homeowner used to plug in roof heating cables in the winter!
