How can you tell when a home owner has worked on his water heater? Look for the supply line that he ran through the exhaust pipe instead of running it around. This home owner decided to drill a hole big enough to pass the pipe through making a short cut. Thirty one years of plumbing and I have seen alot of things, this one took the cake.
