I’d like to introduce you to my niece, Jessica, whom my wife and I have lovingly raised since she was 11. Now 30 years old with a breast cancer diagnosis, Jessica is facing one of the biggest challenges of her life. As many of you know, when someone we love faces this kind of battle, it affects us all—emotionally, physically, and financially.
Jessica is strong, determined, and committed to winning this fight. Any support you can offer will help ease the financial burden on her and her family, allowing them to stay together in their home and focus on what truly matters: her health and well-being.
We’re incredibly grateful for any thoughts, prayers, or contributions you feel led to make.
Prayers and thoughts for your niece Brian. My older brother is a cancer survivor. He was diagnosed with melanoma some 25+ years ago that eventually spread to lymph nodes and other areas. He did many years of treatment at Emory and eventually became cancer free. He turned 74 this past April. His faith and the support of family, friends and even some that do not even know him, gave him the strength to never get discouraged or depressed.
They are and treated both my grandfather and brother for cancer. Plus they so far technically advanced in their treatments since then, you guys should be pleasantly surprised.
Prayers for your niece Jessica Brooks and her young family. She is blessed to have loved ones like you and your wife in her corner as well as some of the best oncologists in the world there at Emory Univ. Please keep us updated on her treatment and recovery as we are here to support you.
God is guiding us. We didn’t start at Emory. But Jessica had the courage to change some of her treatment team which brought Emory in. It sounds like she made good call
I’ll keep you posted. Today was round two of Chemo and her first day facing the world bald. She was champ and in my opinion, most beautiful.
