This question is above my pay-grade and thankfully one I will never have to answer in real-time, furthermore for the record I am not a proponent of abortion, I support freedom. So, in theory based on my limited understanding of the law I would answer… The a fetus has no rights which supersede the rights of the women’s body where it currently resides.
Anything else would require a women to lose rights to some other third-party entity that may or may not convey those stolen rights back to the fetus. Individual rights are not a privilege but are a constitutional guarantee that must be upheld, if freedom & liberty are to be maintained then the decision must always rest on the individual.
But you are content to have the court make the rules in stead of the government of the people, by the people and for the people as has been done in 30 states.

I oppose legalized abortion and believe that life begins at the moment of conception.
I also oppose government intervention in my personal life to the fullest extent possible.
These two positions are the basis for the following question:
Supposing that abortion should somehow become illegal, how would the following be addressed?
If a woman has conceived a child, but it unaware of it, and takes a birth control pill which causes her to abort…would her charge be negligent homicide, murder, or manslaughter?
I am content to have the court readdress a wrong perpetrated by some of the people on the rest of the people, it ain’t democracy if two Foxes and a chicken are voting on what to have for dinner.

I truly detest & despise pathetic people like you who actually think that you know best how others should live and are willing to get use government to back your fight.
You want the court to side with you and you know it for it is the only thing that will lend any credibility to your pathetic arguments of personal freedom trumping life whether that be the “right” of a women to abort her nine moth old unborn or the “right” for gays to marry and produce a non productive union in which the culture and society do not benefit.
