I was sent this picture today and just had to laugh!! At least the installation appears to conform to IRC Conductor length requirement of 3306.10.3 (NEC 300.14).

Is NACHI still offering Joe Tedesco's book "Basic Checklists for Building Electrical Inspection" for sale for $15.00 with all proceeds going to the NACHI Foundation?

To bad Joe Tedesco was removed from NACHI! It could have been an "in" for other NACHI endeavors.

I’ve known Joe for 15 years and he is not a bad guy. He can be frustrating and sometimes I think he is a little too isolated from the real world but he does have good book knowlege. When he was doing the road shows for IAEI he gave his show away online to a half dozen guys who got certified and are now inspectors (some hang out at ECN).
I know he is getting cranky in his old age but that may just come from having to scratch out a living on his own for the last decade.
I'm sorry this whole thing degraded to this point.
