Hello everyone, thank you once again for the previous advice. I genuinely appreciate your help, as it has been truly valuable. I am currently dedicated to becoming a proficient home inspector, and the advice I received thus far has been instrumental in my journey. I am actively working on enhancing my writing skills, and this weekend, a friend will be assisting me in creating a website, which will save me the expense of hiring a professional. I am grateful for the support and honest feedback that has guided me in the right direction. Excitingly, I have my first home inspection scheduled for tomorrow.

My initial home inspection was successful! The client expressed satisfaction and appreciated the information provided. With 7 years of maintenance experience and 6 years running my own handyman business, she found my maintenance background appealing. I was able to offer extensive details about her roof, which had significant pooling issues.
