The Grounding Truth Mike Holt

Thanks man, I will try to participate more and with respectful useful posts.

As time allows

Pete

Right now I need to work on my daily chores, but thanks for reminding me of this. I’ll return.

Read the IEEE Emerald Book (IEEE 1100) or FIPS PUB 94 for a good detailed, clear and concise explanation. You aren’t going to get a good answer from a home inspector forum.

You seriously need to stop. Your comments are so full of wrong information that it is astounding. I could spend the entire day going through all your incorrect statements correcting them. Some of your comments, such as the one quoted above, are just plain stupid.

I’m not a know-it-all

I know I’m wrong sometimes.

The reason i brought this up is I’m not sure what I know.

So in the interest of determining what is true, I present what I THINK I KNOW, and endure the beatdown.

So far nobody beat me down.

I haven’t read it all carefully lately.

But it’s a topic we need to resolve, Engineering.

We might need to revise it.

Dogma doesn’t trump measurements.
