I would like to know how many inspectors call out the Certainteed Shangle? This shingle has cracks in the laminated layer also this shingle has had a settlement cause, just want to know if you write it up or not.
How do you know for sure that the brand is what you stated?
Observe, inform, done. I would recommend replacement due to the issues stated about the roof. Refer to pictures taken of the roof during the inspection for more information…
