This dude is going to install an INT water management system LOLOL!

the water, as usual, is getting into the block wall on the outside through exterior cracks in the wall or cracked parging and possibly openings above the wall.

installing his version of a water management system will NOT ‘stop’ further water from getting in those blocks hence the mold will return and i bet they’ll put a dimpled membrane up along the inside of the wall (or bright wall paneling etc) so that YOU Mr and Mrs home inspector and the homeowner etc don’t see the mold.

and how many thousands of $$ is chump boy going to charge

and how about that weak parge job lolll, WHO thought THAT would work!!!

You can’t stop mold if you don’t stop the water, BIG duh baby

I’m just amazed parging the inside didn’t stop the water!…that looks like a 3 sump pump job from ohio… :joy:

One idiot after another, parge now a water management system… only in America!!!

Likely the largest interior drainage company in GA. Here, he does a nice job describing how water gets in. But he skips their solution (An interior system…which never addresses the exterior problem).
