This is totally ridiculous

You should be able to open a .pages in WORD, no?

Google is your friend

Uh, I think I know what you are doing wrong. You are using the InterNACHI website search tool instead of the forum search tool. Could that be it, because I’m trying it on a variety of searches and it is bring up every single thread that mentions what I’m searching for, every time.

Tomorrow I’m going to open all the agreements in WORD and save them in WORD as well.

I don’t think we need PDFs, correct?

Word is easier for people to edit. Everyone can create a .pdf from Word once they have it the way they want it.

OK. I’ll make WORD versions tomorrow for each agreement.

Cool, not everyone has a .pdf editor.

I think .pages is MAC’s version of word. So them apple users may want a .pages version. I am not sure though, I do not have a MAC.

I added to Alabama.

Does the WORD version (top one) open for you? https://www.nachi.org/alabama-home-inspection-agreement.htm.

Let me know if that looks good and I’ll do it for every agreement.

Looks clean and ready for my logo in MS Word.

OK. I’ll have WORD versions up by tomorrow.

And I’ll make a separate announcement for each one. … kidding

I hope you all realize that you just gave Nick instructions to post ANOTHER gazillion posts about all the WORD versions he now creates at your request?!!

So now my dashboard has 27 Agreement Templates, from Multiple States, including New York, Virginia, and British Columbia (Canada). But Not the New Illinois Agreement. What a mess.

Can you send me a screenshot of your dashboard showing the 27 agreement templates. nick@internachi.org

Is anyone else seeing dozens of agreements on their dashboard?

I have 5 random States (and British Colombia) listed, but not Florida, the one I need.

Email sent. Thanks Nick. The issue with so many is that it takes extra time to go through the list and choose the one I want to use. And I am not able to remove any of them.

Your going to have to fix your search function, because right now it’s a POS.

It’s fixed. If you search for anything at all, it brings up every forum post with that phrase in it. Every one. Use the forum search tool, not the site search tool.

I’m showing British Columbia, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Virginia but I’m located in Wisconsin.
