I am not familiar with this type nor did i ever figure out how to flush this toilet with out removing the lid and manually turning the black dial.
No manual handle on the tank top or sides of the tank. No sensors were found
What am i missing here?
what could possibly go wrong with that ?
What a gimmick!
Either you wash your hands after using the toilet or you don’t!.
If you do, it doesn’t matter anyways, and if you don’t, you still touch the same door knob that everyone else just touched!
There goes my reading material stacked on top of the tank…
Those tanks are a known problem. A toilet tank that needs batteries to operate. It’s a solution looking for a problem.
Use your phone, like a normal person.
Too old school for that. The only thing I read on my phone are text, and I don’t get too many of those either. Nope. Reader’s Digest and Handyman.
Please wipe here…Oh and Please wipe here!
Wipe and swipe!

You guys are bunch of old farts! My toilet is WIFI enabled and flushes on command using Alexa:
Alexa, sink the turds: vshhhhh!
I thought you were going to tell us that’s how you flushed… with your phone/tablet!
This is a Kohler tank, but when you click on your link, she is holding hand over what appears to be a sensor. There is No sensor on the lid that is installed… So would it still work? Maybe the batteries were bad.
Thanks for the info.
Appreciate it.
I have never seen one. Good to know. Thanks, Neil.
And only after the home inspector had to relieve himself, he realized that he could not find a way to flush the toilet. Panic set in…
Always flush first!..That was one of the first things this forum taught me.
