From what I understand Joe T had plenty of time to respond to the charges, and he refused. The simple reason being he had no defense for what he did to NACHI members and HI's in general. I've had a great time reading posts by the electricians that he ran out and have no interest in returning the electrical forums into a pissing contest. Thanks, but No thanks.

It is much more helpful to me to hear from electricians that have an interest in understanding home inspectors and gearing their responses such.

I guess I have a perspective of both sides since I do BOTH....and since I lecture and do seminars on the NEC and the NEC as it pertains to HI's I understand the need between both trades.
Don't worry guys........If you have electrical questions I am sure Bob, Greg or Myself can assist you......
Now I may be slower to respond than Bob and Greg....( you know they dont hold real jobs)....just teasing guys....lol.....had to pick on my fellow electrical brothers....
The great thing is......when you really find HONEST electricians they wont give HI's a hard time....I feel it is part of my giving back to help where it is needed plus I gave NICK my devoted oath to assist....ONLY NACHI members......
