Just inspected a 2023 TPO roof and these were the boot’s installed at the vent risers. They don’t look like the standard ones used. Roof was permitted and signed off by city. Any comments on them, they don’t look right to me

From 3 days ago. Drain block and water leaked following the main waste plumbing vent stack to the basement garage. Mostly curb and box stripping issues, as well as a cant strip from the old T&G roof covering was left on the firewall.
Look how the strainer sits in the drain.
Look at the site manufactured secondary strainer. A single dome style strainer several inches in height was/is required.
The mechanical collars are left out all the time, yours look pretty good (call out that separation noted though). Sometimes the collars are too low or no sealant at the top, again yours are good.
