I recently inspected an addition to a home where the plumbing in the new kitchen did not have a trap. Of course I noted the observation and suggested repair by a licensed plumber. Has anyone else run into this. This is my fourth one of these in 6 months and I thought it was time to throw it out to the pros at NACHI. How would you have written the report on this? icon_confused.gif

p-trap under the kitchen sink. This may result in odors and sewer gas coming from the drain. I recommend a qualified, licensed plumber further inspect and repair this, if necessary, prior to closing".
