I agree.

Same thing goes for pretty much anything we buy, including many of the foods we consume.
guacamole is already too expensive.

History has shown the only ones making money are the rich. This type of tariff can lead or even prolong a rescission.

LOL Finally admitting to the failure of the last four years! The stain will not be erased overnight…

This is almost funny, whatever he puts a tarrif on, just costs that much more for all US citizens. Then when Canada puts equal tariffs on what we buy from the US becomes tha much more expensive, both countries will lose a similar amount of jobs as citizens refuse to buy these items, Hard to picture how this punished Canada more than it punishes the US.

Are these tariffs in response to unfair trade? Didn’t mastermind trump negotiate and sign the last trade deal with both countries?

Yes, he did.

Reading between the lines, it’s his way of telling us he that doesn’t have a clue when it comes to negotiations or the economy. But many of us already knew that.

But this is what America voted for, and now this is what America gets.

And so it begins. The anti Trump media chorus. The next four years will be nothing but criticism for every breath he takes.

Imagine if Trump would have half the support bumbling Biden received for being a barely walking zombie.

Thank God the majority of American people are smarter than the propagandists.

Not every breath he takes, but certainly when it comes to tariffs.

Tariffs have their place, but IMO the way Trump is going about implementing them, it will do nothing but start a trade war.

You think prices are high now, you’re in for a real eye opener if and when he moves forward with all of these tariffs, which is exactly what he has said he will do.

So on that note, yes, the chorus from not just the media, but from most of us and our allies worldwide, will be loud and clear.

I am not defending the tariffs at this moment. But I realize our allies have been soaking us for decades as we pay the ultimate price. Our media and this leftist brigade of international globalists are in concert together. All these acronym organizations are the same; the WEF, WHO, UN, BBC, EU, ABC, BBC, CNN etc., and they do not have our best interest at heart. They hate America. They hate our founding, they hate our patriotism, they hate our monuments, they hate our flag, they hate our success. They attack it at the core.

I turn a deaf ear to them. I am ready to end the forever wars and stop being the world’s ATM. I am proud of my country and its history which includes lifting all boats within its borders.

AMEN! It’s disheartening that some people are still under the spell of the Operation Mockingbird legacy media. It is quickly on it’s way out though!

People aren’t buying the BS…

As for tariffs…

Yet we are still, by far, with not even a close second, the most strongest economy on the planet with the strongest military on the planet. So, we must be doing something right, at least to this point in history.

Am I alone in thinking that most of this is mortgaged onto the back of our future. That had we shown some restraint, some inkling of self preservation, that we would have simply said “no” to the handouts and forever wars that we would be much better off.

And now as we attempt to recoup some of our losses, as we attempt to leverage our economic power, as we attempt to put American’s first, the leftist Americans and globalist all come out of the woodwork and bash and bash and bash.

To hell with them. Time to power through.

Bash bash bash is what I call the right to free speech, and I, and I know you did too, serve in the Military to preserve that right.

Our country and our economy are the envy of the world, I hope we remain that way.
