I see pvc, per piping, and i think i see polybutylene as well. Am i wrong ? Thank you guys for helping out with the question.
No PB in that picture that I can see. There are CPVC water lines and some type of clear tubing.
What Ryan said.
And use proper terminology, CPVC and PVC are different materials.
It looks like black poly and not the grey.
polyethylene
Black poly pipe (polyethylene or PE pipe) is used in many facets of home plumbing, both for drinking water lines and other applications inside a residential house. This type of pipe is available in very long rolls for the water main between the meter and the house and for sprinkler systems.
Ok that’s what I had guessed
Ok sir will do
ok so no polybutylene ?
Not that I can see in your picture.
A trip to a hardware store may help you learn about different pipe materials.
Dishwasher drain possibly?
@abarbosa2 is this a kitchen?
Agreed. They look like one of the few typical types of kitchen faucet supply lines that I install periodically in my handyman biz. I’m assuming the plumbing in this area is for a kitchen sink because I see what looks like a dishwasher discharge hose on the right.
I still see it about once a year.
That was very helpful thank you for that article
No dishwasher was on other side
Going today lol
