I am unable to open my preferred template. I receive and error message that data tags are not closed. Tried restarting computer but no change. I can open other templates and old reports but not the one I usually use. I have a question into HG support but just thought someone here might be able to help.
Try renaming it
Wayne thanks for the suggestion. Mike at HG helped me out. The easy fix is to open the last report then click save template.
I have it happen to me , I just save a temple on a flash drive now
