Library videos. Where is the hold up? I had my videos 2 days reviewed and back in mail to next address. Let’s be courteous to our fellow inspectors. Thanks, Jim in Montana

Hey,
Im guilty of this. I had a video for over a week and felt bad but I just didnt have the time to see it right away. I really do think a week is okay, especially when you have to mail it and all.

If we had a large supply of videos then I think a week would be OK, but unfortunately we don’t. If you don’t have time to watch it, then wait until you do before you order it.

I am guilty of a bid delay sending one out. It got stuck in the VCR and as soon as I dismantle the VCR I will send it. sorry for the delay to the person I am to send this to.

If you are too busy to watch it then send it out to someone who does have time and reorder it at a later time. I just don't think that it makes sense for people to be holding them until they get around to watching while other people are waiting.
There may be 3 or 4 or more people waiting to view that tape. If everyone takes a week or 2 then it could be a couple months wait to get a tape.

Jeff,
If that video is introduction to home inspection you can just send me the whole works. I don't care if the tapes stuck in the vcr, just as long as it rewinds and plays send it all.
