Wagner MMC220 moisture meter

Can Wagner MMC220 moisture meter be used on the concrete surface? What’s the normal range when using it on the concrete? Thanks.

The Wagner MMC220 and Orion lines of moisture meters are made for wood. Wagner Meters does now sell a concrete moisture meter called the C555.
