Help with Moisture Meter Selection

Hi, new home inspector here. I am trying to a good moisture meter. I currently got the Tramez MRH III and while it is pretty spiffy, when I take drywall readings it seems to show a higher moisture content that when I do wood (usually in the 30 - 50 % range). I am looking for something that is simple and will give me a warning if an area is too moist.

Check out Wagner Meters new Orion moisture meter. You can set a programmable alarm to beep when the moisture hits a certain percentage. It’s great!
