Hope this post finds you well and in good spirits today.

Good day right back to you from cold and snowy Montreal, Quebec Canada. How’s everything going in sunny South Africa mate? One of our colleagues, Kenton Shepard was down your way, Hillcrest, about 20 km N of Durban, several years back doing research work for InterNACHI developing the home inspection industry down there.

Hello Robert, I trust you are warm in the cold. At the moment SA is going through severe floods but the people are in high spirits.

I am pumped with all the new things I am learning even though load shedding makes planning crucial.

Hillcrest is a beautiful town in KZN. It is good to know that InterNACHI developed a home inspection industry there. I live in the East Rand, about 20km from Oliver Tambo Airport, and 5 hours away from Hillcrest.
