For those that are not licensed termite/wdi inspectors for their state - If you have a termite inspection being done by a licensed inspector, do you do any type of a wdi inspection or just defer everything to them?

Check your E&O, in my case I am not covered for WDI. I do not make mention of "WDI" however if damage is noticeable I will state damage as discovered. I will not make reference to what the insect is that has caused the damage. "The floor joist is deteriorated below the kitchen area (see picture) recommend repairing"

This applies at all times regardless if I scheduled the WDI or if I am aware of the fact if one is or is not to be performed.
