Hello David Michael! Are you still offering this? Is it still a requirement to operate under an LPCO#?

So I just got off the phone with the KY Department of Agriculture, 502-573-0282, because I was curious about this and have heard yes and no. I decided to call the ones who control it to find a definitive answer. They said no, it is not required by KY law, but that the real estate commission may require it in some cases, she was not sure about that. You are on the board, can you find out for us?
