Should this have another clamp closer the to the weatherhead.
It should be fastened better.

Yes, agree with Marcel, it will move with the wind and the jacket will eventually
get fatigued and deteriorate.

In my opinion, both should be securely fastened. Neither are.

I agree the drop support needs to be repaired or replaced, the weatherhead needs to be secured and the weatherhead needs to be above the point of attachment of the drop.
