Flapper valve appears to be melted or warped in an unusual way. I notified the clients about it, but not planning to include it in the report as it appeared functional. Just curious if anyone has seen this before and might have some insight as to what would cause this? I speculated that maybe it was from one of those cleaning pucks in the tank, but unsure. The house did have a water softener system installed. No other toilets were like this. House was built in 2006. Thanks!
Chlorine tablets or bluing agents are known to do this sometimes.
