I have been getting conflicting reports for the last month about Western Heritage getting out of the E&O market for HI’s. Today that has been confirmed by several (about 10) that are looking for coverage after getting non-renewed that they are in fact getting out of it. Some were left high and dry by their agents this past week and now have a gap in coverage if they are to go elsewhere. A couple still feel or have been told they are covered through their policy term. With today’s feedback from ex- Western Heritage clients - I would strongly suggest you contact your agent or Western heritage directly and make sure your policy is still in effect.
