What are you struggling with?

  • A person or company offering something for sale, esp. a trader in the street: “an Italian ice cream vendor”.
  • A person or company whose principal product lines are office supplies and equipment.

I hear what some of you are saying.

It’s an emotional issue for some vendors. Naturally, when you work for many years, really hard, to create something awesome, a trade association like InterNACHI, or a business, or a product, or whatever… you kind of feel like it is your child. When someone attacks your child, your normally-good bedside manner becomes difficult to maintain. I’m guilty of it myself.

Thats the way it should be.

Seriously Nick,

Please explain how enforcing the sanctions determined by the appropriate committee following numerous complaints of COE violations punishes all the other members.

Vendor:
An individual who represents any product or service marketed to home inspectors or contractors. This individual is considered a vendor even if the service or product is sold in accord or partnership with a home inspector as a service or product to a home owner or other mutual client.

The gray area would be a vendor who is also a home inspector, in which case, it should be stated that any posts related to his product or service included in the vendor definition be solely posted and referenced in the vendor only section.

Hows this for a start?
