I’ve seen the sound barrier pictured previously. I’ve even known what it is called but I cannot remember. Is there anyone here that can identify the panel attached to the ceiling of a high school auto shop?

The photo is not a real good one and I do not have an opportunity to capture another. It is not Homasote. 
The product is more like a spun plastic and is spaghetti like in it’s pattern.
