Yep - H2S every hot supply fixture in the home.
The black water was only @ the tub, destroyed carbon filter on system tank right on the other side from the tub.

Yes, that is backwards from normal but I am unaware of any plumbing code that says the supply and drain must be on the same wall. Impractical, but not a defect.
