Thank you all very much. And thank you Russel for getting a hold of that very hard to find document (I also got your PM ). It appears that the clearance is acceptable. I did make a recommendation that a CO meter be installed in that room. You guys are apparently so helpful I can’t give you any more greenies until I spread them around some more.

It’s in the form of a picture…easy enough to look at…but I know what you mean. Sometimes I don’t want to go through the link either.

It was more than 12 inches below the window, and 12 inches above grade. So it was within the specified parameters.
