Personally, I would call out the cover AND the fact that it is recessed improperly. It appears to be damaged also.

A “qualified” licensed contractor. In this case it would be a “qualified, licensed, electrical contractor”.


Just because they are licensed does not mean they are "qualified".

I know, depends on how you define "qualified", they are "qualified" to be in business because they are licensed, but that does not necessarily mean they are "qualified" to do the work. ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)

Licensed for many contractors here is that they paid the municipal license fee. Does not mean that they are qualified. Only that they can afford the fee.
