I am just saying those who go above and beyond in INSURANCE inspections hurt themselves by wasting time which is money and sometimes hurt their clients on 4 points and such. It also make agents expect more which takes longer every time you want more of something.

I like being exposed it normally leads to good things 
There is nothing to “get”. As I said, I am sure I could do any insurance inspection faster than you could including delivery. You have to take the pictures, right? I just insert them onsite. They are already labeled. Most of the check boxes are already filled out depending on research done prior to the inspection.
With my reports, there is nothing more that they can ask for. Everything is already there. That saves time in the short and long term.
I get twice as much as you do for the same inspection and I can do it faster.
Please explain to me how that is a bad thing.
